Our client is a widely known company in the fitness industry, with product used right across Australia. They have an outstanding reputation in the market built on ethics and commitment to deliver outstanding products and service.

To manage their retail store, they require an experienced assistant retail manager, who can continue to grow the business.

You will be responsible for:
 

  • working closely with the manager to improve store performance and achieving store sales budgets
  • regular training of sales staff
  • stock ordering and rotation
  • increasing the brands identity and reach in the market

The ideal candidate:

  • has experience in retail management (at least assistant management level)
  • has an interest in and passion for the health and fitness industry
  • is driven to achieve results and add value to a business
  • can relate to a wide variety of customers
  • is committed to selling the right product to each customer
  • knows the value of building relationships both instore and within the community

This is NOT a role for someone who waits for sales to come to them, who will sell anything to anyone to make a quick sale, or who has trouble relating to people and delivering excellent service to them.
