Receptionist

This crucial role will involve a variety of tasks from handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors / clients, general housekeeping (including office maintenance and presentation of conference rooms), handling all incoming and outgoing courier packages, ordering office supplies, franking and mail duties, channelling enquires to the right personnel or department and undertaking other administrative  roles and ad-hoc projects when required. 
 
It is imperative that the successful candidate be highly presentable and professional at all times whilst ensuring the reception foyer, lift lobby and meeting rooms are kept in an impeccable condition at all times. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ front desk experience, will have strong verbal and written communication skills, will be proficient in PC applications including MS Office, will possess strong typing skills, will have basic financial accounting knowledge and will be adaptable in each working day.
 
Successful candidates will have strong organisational skills, will have a cheerful disposition, will be focussed on customer care and will ideally have worked in a similar corporate environment.
