Internal Communications Professionals

Talent2 specialises in recruiting communications roles at a variety of levels. We are currently seeking experienced internal communications professionals, who have experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies across organisations.

Some key responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and executing internal communications strategies
  • Generating creative ideas to engage employees for programs such as change programs re cultural, behavioural or process driven, performance reviews, reward and recognition programs etc
  • Change management communications
  • Writing content for newsletters, intranet and general communications to the business
  • Writing presentations, key messages and briefing packs for leadership forums and face to face briefings
  • Drafting CEO/senior management roadshows, presentations and speeches
  • Experienced in managing staff

To be considered you should be tertiary qualified in communications, journalism or a related field. Naturally, you will have strong strategic and implementation skills, superior writing skills, excellent stakeholder relationship skills and strong project management skills.
