    The Position

    Senior Solicitor within our commercial litigation, insurance and insolvency group. 

    The group offers continuing opportunity for development and career advancement for successful performers.

    You will be responsible for:
     

    • Managing and assisting with the management of commercial, insurance and insolvency litigation matters
    • Attending Court on interlocutory applications and general Hearings
    • Client relationship management
    • Assisting in team marketing and business development activities
    • Motivate, lead and inspire the team

    Requirements

    The successful applicant will have the following:
     

    • 3-5 years PAE within commercial litigation (experience within insurance and insolvency will also be highly regarded)
    • Ability to manage files and staff with minimal supervision
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal
    • High level problem solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly
    • Strong time management and organisational skills
    • Strong team player required for this inclusive team environment
