One of the leading accountancy firms in the world is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager into their growing Sydney team. Created through pure growth, this position will cover the areas of corporate finance, transaction services and mergers and acquisitions.
The firm itself is truly global, having offices in all major economies and emerging markets and they are considered one of the more innovative employers in their field through the technology they use to the flexible working conditions that they offer.
The role will include;
Due diligence and research on companies and economies using searching tools such as the internet and Bloomberg.
The design and building of financial models.
Valuations of businesses and their assets.
Research and presentation of merger and acquisition proposals.
Preparation of valuation and due diligence reports.
To be considered for this role, you must be.
Degree qualified.
Ideally have experience in a Big 4, top 10 accounting firm or financial services institution.
Have experience in valuations or building financial models.
CA or CFA qualified.
A minimum of 5 yeas corporate finance experience.
