RECEPTIONIST

    A well established Chartered Accountancy Firm in Parramatta is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly & well presented receptionist.

     

    Applicants must be reliable, well spoken, confident, hard working, ability to communicate effectively with clients & staff and have excellent written communication skills. Professional grooming is a must.

     

    Key responsibilities of the role include:

    - Greeting clients

    - Answering a busy phone system & dealing with calls appropriately

    - General admin duties (typing, scanning, photocopying)

    - Maintaining the up keeping of the office

    - Assisting the administration team

    - Attending to banking & postal duties

     

    Experience preferred but not essential. Immediate start for the right candidate.
